SOCIAL WORKER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

In response to Covid-19 we have considered how our charity can best recognise and support social workers.

We’ve launched Social Work Stories to give voice and recognition to the valuable work and lived experience of social and care workers during this difficult year. See the latest blogs and follow us on Twitter @socialworkaward for more.

With regards the 2020 event we have consulted with our social work colleagues on how we should recognise and share inspiring best practice and will be making a new announcement around this soon.

Thank you to all those doing essential work at this time. We acknowledge each and every social worker for your commitment to bringing resilience and hope to individuals and communities – please keep safe and well.

The Social Worker of the Year Awards is a registered charity established in 2006 to recognise and celebrate the achievements of social workers, promote social work and incentivise individuals and teams in the social work profession to achieve excellence.
