Sponsoring: two awards ‘Team Leader of the Year, Adult Services’ and ‘Team Leader of the Year, Children’s Services’

Suffolk County Council is really pleased to be sponsoring both Team Leader award categories this year.

Good leadership is fundamental to achieving successful outcomes in social care, both for children and young people as well as in adult social care, so sponsoring both these awards made a lot of sense to us.

We are extremely proud of our Social Work Managers who go the extra mile every day to make a positive difference in the lives of children, young people, and adults across Suffolk who need support. Our Team Leaders and front-line managers have been key in helping us to become rated by Ofsted as an ‘outstanding’ local authority for our services to children.
