Sponsoring: ‘Mental Health Social Worker of the Year’

We are proud to sponsor the Mental Health Social Worker of the Year category at the Social Worker of the Year Awards 2022.

S12 Solutions was founded by an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), who was frustrated with the manual methods used to carry out Mental Health Act (MHA) assessment processes, which often led to AMHPs working long hours in stressful conditions. The S12 Solutions platform was developed to make MHA assessment processes quicker and easier for professionals doing an incredibly difficult job, and we are grateful to the AMHPs who give their time to share feedback and test new features.

Social workers support people to live meaningful, purposeful lives, while managing risk and adversity, and holding the tension between safeguarding and autonomy, but so often these efforts go unrecognised. We are delighted to support an initiative that highlights social work’s value and accomplishments. Thank you to everyone involved in organising the event and congratulations to everyone nominated.
