CSWM is a partnership of all 15 Local Authorities Children’s Services across the Yorkshire and Humber region. Collectively we continue to work hard to nurture and support our Children’s social work workforce. As well as seeing staff grow in confidence and resilience, our investment in staff through training and development and offering good career progression opportunities is improving our delivery of modern-day practice and our ability to make a difference in children’s and families lives.
