Rules
The Social Worker of the Year Awards are open to qualified social workers currently working in England.
Nominees must be fully qualified and registered with the GSCC.
Nominees must be working a minimum of 816 hours per year direct with children or adults (this will be a minimum 17 hours per week, 48 weeks per year).
Please complete your entry using the application form only. A separate form must be completed for each entry submitted.
Nominees may enter themselves into individual categories or they may be nominated by a third party who must include their contact details.
Completed entries musta be submitted via email to amy.dawson@genesispr.co.uk
Please mark your email Social Worker of the Year Awards 2011 – and the title of the category entered.
Additional printed supporting material (e.g. photos, testimonials, press cuttings etc) is optional. If you would like to send additional material it can be submitted by email or by post to Social Worker of the Year Awards at The Coach House, Holbrook, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP9 2QR and should arrive no later than 17:00 on Friday 2nd September 2011.
